Online shopping or online retailing is a form of electronic commerce  which allows consumers  directly to  buy goods or services from a seller over the internet  using a web browser. Alternative names are: e-shop, e-store, Internet shop, web-shop, web-store, online store, and virtual store. Vatgia.com is one of the most famous click- and mortar shop in Vietnam. To buy things online in this site, customers will go through three phases.

The first and the most complex step is selecting goods to purchase. To chose product, customers easily look at and search what goods they want in the categories by clicking  “ Product” ,the button in the left top of the page. They will see many sorts of products such as phone –telecommunication, electronics, Fashion, computers...... Because of various styles of products and companies that manufacter and sell them, It is essential that customers should compare prices and features to find out the most suitable goods. After that, the customer must click on “ Mua hàng” to add the goods into their  basket of product.
Once the customers add the goods to product basket, they must click on “ Thanh toán” to purchase it .  Immediately, Customers will see a form that request you to fill the information contains  name, gender, address,phone number , email address and time customers want to receive products.
After fulfilling the form, click on the button  “  Tiếp theo bước 2” to move on the second phase, chosing methods of payment. In this phase, they will see some information such as company, methods of payment and method of delivering. There are 2 methods paying directly by cash, or send money via bank account. Next, customers will chose the method of deliver goods. The 3^rd step is making sure of purchasing. Customer will check the basket of products once more time , then, click on “ Gửi đơn đặt hàng” to send their order to company.
