TOPIC: THE PROCESS OF BUYING A REAL PRODUCT ONLINE

   Shopping online is no longer unfamiliar with people nowadays. Within a click, everybody can choose for themselves the products they want, without consuming much time and energy. However, sometimes, the complex design of an online-shop may cause troubles to customers in choosing and buying things online. That may be the consequence of a too much functions site that provides users a variety of utilities at a time. www.zalora.vn is a great example. But it will become easier to buy things on this site if you follow the following steps.

   First of all, people have to register at www.zalora.com. In the top left of the site, you can see the “account” button. Then turning up two modules: one for newbie and one for old-customers, who have already registered before. To register, click on the “register” button in the left module. When registering, you are asked to provide some personal information like email address, name, date of birth, gender… After filling in all the blanks and submit to the page, you have complete the registration.

   The second stage is also the most important step: choosing the product to buy. Like most of the click-and-mortal shops, www.zalora.vn is divided into many categories, based on the sorts of products. This site specializes in fashion with three main categories: “women”, “men” and “children”. Each category has its own small categories, for instance: top, bottom, shoes, accessories, … The category row is at the top of the website, right below the logo “Zalora”. Customers should choose the category of what they are going to buy by clicking on it at first to make the process more quickly.  When finding an attention-catching product, you can click on the image displaying the product to see details about it. There will be some basic information such as name, code, introduction, material, price and status (in stock or out of stock. After choosing a product which they want to buy, then shoppers are brought to the final stage: place an order.

   An order can only be placed when the chosen product is in stock. Before placing, customers are requested to choose the size of the product they want. With clothes these sizes are usually S (small), M (medium) and L (large), and for shoes/sandals those are numbers. At the bottom of the site which shows the details about the product, there is a large orange button named “buy”. If you are sure that you will buy the item, click on that button. You will be brought to the shopping cart to confirm the product’s quantity as well as price, the time of delivery and the shipping fee. When finishing checking all these information, click on the “Payment” button. You are asked to submit the receiving information like address and phone number for checking. You can choose the method of payment among cash (payment at the arrival of the product), credit card or bank transfer. Then click on the “Finish” button and the process is completed.

   Perhaps some customers feel confused when buying at www.zalora.vn because of a little bit complexity at first sight. However, when following carefully the 3 above stages, you will find it very easy to shop online at this website.
