Vietjetair is a new airline brand, therefore, these instructions will be useful for you when you make a booking via website for the first time.

To begin the process, you need to get access to Vietjetair homepage at Vietjetair.com. If you see “Vietjetair” in white on the red font and  variety of  horizonal function  bars like “News, Flight Information, Services, Booking information, Login, About us, Where to buy?”, you really manage to do it.

Next, choose your suitable flight time and class. It is when you look at the lower part of the page at the right side, you can find the box used to make the booking. After choosing some basic information like  the origin, destination, flight date, etc  and clicking at “Search flights”, the flight shedule including departure, return and price  appear. Choose “Continue”  at the bottom of the page when you finish flight information above.

The third stage is to enter your own primary reservation information. You should take a note that boxes having “*” mark beside is compulsorily completed. Then, click “Continue” button to move on the next step.

As soon as your flight requirement and personal information are sent, it’s time to require other services such as baggage or seat assignment if you like . There are a range of baggage weights you can choose. If this does not make sense to you, just choose “No, thanks” in the box of Baggage. In addition, you are able to choose your seat by click directly on the map of the flight and this will charge you with different fees. After all, click “Continue”.

Making payment is your later phase. Options for you is paying through payment tools like Visa or Master card.  If you choose “Pay it later” and the system will display note for payment in which paymnet port. One thing here you need to pay attention to is the extra fee of 33,000 VND per every transaction. After that, click “OK” and “Continue” respectively.

Finally, in order to make sure that your booking is successful, you had better check your booking information consisting of  departure and return time, kinds of service fees, contact information, flight time, code. All of this booking information will be saved on system for 24 hours, hence, you are supposed to make payment or it will be cancelled.
