+ First, the introduction is quite good. It contains of all necessary elements: background information, thesis statement,...
+ Second, I don't understand much more about the structure of the body. Does it include 2 or 3 steps because you wrote the final step is placing order, making payment and the last step is to submit the method of payment. I think with each phase, you should write a paragraph, it is more clear.
+ Final, in the conclusion,why you write that prefer most of the click-and -mortal shops to brick-and-mortal shops?

DeleteThank you for your comments. I agree with most of your ideas but there is a point I don't agree with you. This is a process essay to instruct people buy things online, we can use "you" in this with no confusion at all.
One more thing you should check again is that I used "an computer" in "every person who owns an computer". I don't think that's a mistake.
