Nowadays, under the
pressure of work, it is very hard for people to relax or to buy anything in
schedule. However, thanks to the revolution of internet technology, everything
has become easier. Online shopping store is the best example, where people can find
and buy products or services directly from the seller in the real time at one
place with the most suitable price. And, Amazon.com is one of the largest
online shopping stores on the world to put the truth.
To shop online at
Amazon.com, you must pass out 4 steps.
The first step is
clicking the "Shop All Departments" button on the top left corner on
the Amazon homepage. You'll see every section of the Amazon store. Below the
sections, you will see links to bargain pages and lists you can create and
manage to improve your online shopping experience.
After that you have
to choose a section of the store and search for products. You can type specific
product names or keywords or you can browse for products.
And then, you can
browse "Bestsellers" and "Hot New Releases" to find out
what the most popular products in your favorite section are and buy the product
you want.
Finally, you should
check again to make sure you can purchase the item from Amazon and add it to
your online shopping cart.
In conclusion, it
is not hard to shop online at Amazon.com, but you must follow these steps to
make sure about the security of the online community.

3 main steps:
The first step is if you want to browse a
category, clicking "shop all departments" at the top of our home page and select a product
category. Each store will offer its own customized options to search and
browse, located in the top navigation bar or in the search box to the left.
Next, when you find the right product, you have
to place the order in your shopping cart by clicking “place your order” at the
left of the bottom and then receiving an e-mail confirmation. And here are some more instructions for you to
modify your order:
If you want to change
the quantity, entering a number in the "Quantity" box and clicking "Update". Besides, to remove an item from your
Shopping Cart, clicking Delete.
And, to wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart,
clicking "save to cart", this will move the item to your Saved for
Later list located below the Shopping Cart, clicking "move to cart" next
to an item when you are ready to purchase it.
Lastly, after you've reviewed the items in your
Shopping Cart, you're ready to proceed to checkout and complete your order.
Firstly, Clicking "proceed to checkout" after you've reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.
Secondly, signing in to
your account or creating a new account if this is your first order.
Next, entering a
shipping address, choosing a shipping method, and entering your payment information.
After that you
have to review your order details. Be sure you've applied any Gift Cards or
promotional codes you want to use on your order.
In conclusion, if you follow all of these steps, you can buy our product

ReplyDelete+Personally, I think the instructions you provide your customers are too general and sometimes I find it quite difficult to follow your instructions. You should explain each step in more details. For example, you can provide where the customers can type specific names,keywords or browse for products instead of only giving what the customers should do.

- In the first step, you tell customers to click the "Shop All Departments" but I can't find this button in this website. Perhaps it's "full store directory" button.
- I don't think after typing specific product names, the customers need to browse "bestsellers" or " hot new releases". In my opinion, you should merge the third step into the second one to make the process logical.
+There are also some points that make me difficult to understand, such as the sentence "Below the sections, you will see links to bargain pages and lists you can create and manage to improve your online shopping experience". What do you mean by "create and manage to improve your online shopping experience" ?
+ Next,I think the process to shop online is not completed. How can the customers pay for the products? You should mention the methods of payment in the process.
+ you need to remember that you are giving instruction to your customers, so you should avoid some words such as "must" (in conclusion). Also, the conclusion doesn't make sense to me. I'm not sure there's a connection between two clauses. And what do you mean by " make sure about the security of online community"?

- First of all, I agree with Dung that the steps you give readers are too general. I think you should give us more details in each steps so that readers can follow your instructions more easily.
- Secondly, as Dung said, I can't find the "Shop All Departments" button. Or you mean the "Shop By Department" button? I found a similar between step 3 and step 2. In my opinion, they belong to searching for the products. So you'd better merge them into one step.
- Thirdly, after reading this essay, I still don't know how to buy something on this website. Your essay doesn't give any instruction about how to add a product into the shopping cart, how to pay for the product and how the product will be shipped to customers.
- Finally,your conclusion doesn't match the rest at all. Because in other parts, you don't mention anything about the security and then you just give readers some words about security at the end,I can't see the connection here.
These are some thougts of mine after reading your essay. Hope that they are useful for you in revising you essay.
