Entry 3
Item 1

·        Type of Bias:  Classism
·        Analysis: Although how much the man say to the girl, she does not accept the love of that poor man, but follows a rich man on a luxury motorbike because only a rich man can satisfy her requirements of money.

Item 2
·        Type of Bias: Racism
·        Analysis: In this video, the red team played very unfair to yellow team. Some black players had violent activities like fighting against the white players of yellow team and hurt them, made them really paintful.

Item 3
Escape to a kid-free village

Retirement hamlets that ban children are such a hit that over-45s now have them too
The following apology was printed in the Observer's For the record column, Sunday May 18, 2003
We were stretching a point in describing Hartrigg Oaks, the Rowntree Foundation's continuing care retirement community in York, as a place 'where children fear to tread'. The development includes a 50-place day nursery where several residents help as volunteers.

For those driven to distraction by screaming children in the local pub and library, a brave new world beckons. The days of dodging skateboarders and worrying about meeting threatening youths after dark are over. Adults-only villages have arrived.
Anyone under 45 is exlcuded from the new developments, modelled on retreats that have been hugely successful in the United States. Residents can play golf, relax in the swimming pool or spend an afternoon reading, all safe from interruption by noisy kids and flying football…
(Stephen Khan)

·        Type of bias:  Scapegoating
·        Analysis: The writer mentioned a new kind of place only for adults over 45. This kind of area is  isolated and children or teenagers, people under 45 is not allowed to enter. The root of this new development lies in the fact that old people cannot enjoy the quiet or peaceful atmosphere with the presence of the young. The children ( the young in general) are blamed for the noisy environment and that the old cannot live in the same surrounding with others.
